According to recent statistics, the population of individuals reaching 100 in the UK has doubled from 8,300 in 2004 to 16,600 in 2024.
Between 2004 and 2024, the total of male individuals reaching 100 has increased threefold from 910 to 3,100. Over the same years, the count of female individuals reaching 100 almost doubled from 7,400 to 13,600.
